Motorola, Lenovo’s Chinese smartphone manufacturer, continues to expand its smartphone lineup. After launching the Moto G84 last weekend, the company officially announced the Moto G54 at a special event yesterday.
Motorola, which has a presence in the smartphone market with its mid-range and entry-level phones aimed at developing markets such as India, will initially release the Moto G54 in China and India. However, the phone will be available to users in these two regions in two different versions.
Although the Moto G54 will be available in two different versions in China and India, the basic features of the phone will remain the same in both regions. The phone is powered by the Dimensity 7020 chipset, accompanied by 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Both versions of the phone come with a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display. The resolution of this screen is 1080 x 2400 pixels, and it has a refresh rate of 120Hz.

The main lens of the phone’s dual rear cameras is 50 megapixels. The Chinese version is accompanied by a 2-megapixel depth sensor, while the Indian version features an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens. On the front, there is a 16-megapixel selfie camera.
Another difference between the Chinese and Indian versions of Motorola’s new mid-range phone is the battery. The version released in China will have a 5000mAh battery with a 15W charging speed. The battery of the version available in India, on the other hand, is 6000mAh. This version also has a 33W fast charging feature. Another point where the two phones differ is the design of the rear panel and frames. The Indian version is thinner and heavier than the Chinese version. Additionally, its back panel has a glass-like plastic appearance.
